| EarthLink, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELNK) said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.16 per share, to be paid on September 21, 2010 to shareholders of record on September 7, 2010. Georgia-based Earthlink is an internet service provider. In June, the company moved to block the acquisition of broadcaster NBC Universal by Comcast, Corp. (NASDAQ: CMCSA), with which it competes in the ISP space.
