Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a provider of business solutions for human resources, said it has acquired The Centre for High Performance Development Ltd., a management training firm with offices in London and New York. Kenexa said that CHPD’s extensive research on leadership development and training will add to Kenexa’s existing research and content portfolio. Founded in 1996, CHPD specializes in leadership development and management training.
Kenexa said its acquisition of CHPD further expands the company’s development expertise by joining experienced consultants and researchers and aims to create a strong leadership development, management training, diversity and inclusion, and executive coaching team from the combined company. According to Kenexa, CHPD’s clients will also benefit from Kenexa’s technology offerings and solutions for employment branding, recruitment technology, employee assessment, recruitment process outsourcing, performance management, employee surveys and HR analytics. Pennsylvania-based Kenexa provides business solutions for human resources, offering a suite of unified products and services that support the employee lifecycle, from pre-hire to exit.
