Orexigen Therapeutics shares (OREX) rose 9.9%. The San Diego biopharmaceutical company focused on treating obesity said that results of a Phase III trial of Contrave showed patients taking the drug were two to three times more likely to lose at least 5% or 10% of their body weight than those taking a placebo.
