[ACCESSWIRE]
Vancouver, B.C. - March 8, 2010 - The Board of Directors of Dajin Resources Corp. ("Dajin") (DJI-V: TSX) wish to announce that Dajin received a certificate from the Mining Authorities of Jujuy Province, located in north western Argentina, confirming that the company has sufficient title and control over 83,248 hectares (205,710 acres) of exploration or exploitation rights covering Dajin's Salinas Grandes/Guayatayoc Basin lithium, potash and borate project. Dajin's continuing title and control is dependent on Dajin complying with the statutory requirements required to maintain mineral rights of that particular class of concession in Argentina and Jujuy Province. As a consequence of Dajin's 100% ownership in the concessions the company will have no payments or work commitments to previous owners and no royalties to pay to third parties.
These concessions were applied for with selection based on the recommendations of a specialist consultant who has worked extensively in the lithium, potassium and borate evaporates of the region. This selection was also supported by reports from various government and academic sources to cover regions underlain by brines rich in lithium, potassium and boron. Dajin is completing an interpretation of seismic data covering part of its acquisitions which data indicates basin shapes with potential to be collection zones for denser, higher grade brines.
David Jenkins, P.Geo, a qualified person as defined by NI 43-101, has approved the technical content of this press release.
